My life destiny all began with a photo taken in April of 2024. You see, my Aunt Kelley found me. She also adopted one of my sisters, Chandler. She sent that photo, the one you see here, to my mom and the rest is history. Aunt Kelley thought I would be the right pup for BJ, aka mom. Chandler looks like a russet potato, quite different than my black and whites. Chan Chan is short and I am tall :-) But in our face, eyes, nose and ears.....yep!!! We are related!!! I spent the first 4 months with Potato on a ranch in Colorado that my Aunt Kelley and Uncle Zach own. River and Bosley, my older cousins, taught us a few things, like.....well some secrets cannot be spoken.
Finally, my mom came to get me!!!! So many firsts on that trip home to California. A LONG ride in a big thing with round paws. It is known as a SUV, whatever that means. We traveled through Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada and then into California. I was secure and safe with my blanket and toys in this kind of travel condo. As I have now learned, it's called a crate, who knew? It was quite comfortable, plenty of room to stretch out, it was wonderful! But the looking out the back window thing was a little freaky, everything was moving away from me. The motion was soothing and the chatter from the tall 2-two legged moms up front was fascinating. No idea what they were saying but sounded cool. I now live in a home by the ocean. Life couldn't be better, right? More as we know it. Frankie
